Entity-only facility data. VetWarehouses aggregates public regulatory records about business entities and facilities. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing on this site is a consumer report.
Prohibited uses. Do not use this site, or any data or indicator derived from it, for any employment, housing, tenancy, credit, or insurance decision, or for any other eligibility determination or adverse action regarding any individual. This applies whether or not the individual is the named subject of the record, and includes individuals associated with a named entity.
Risk indicators are opinions. Each indicator is an opinion based on the public records disclosed alongside it. Indicators reflect our own weighting and selection. They are not statements of fact about any facility's current condition, safety, or fitness for any purpose.
Records are point-in-time. Records reflect the state of the source database as of the date shown. They may be superseded, contested, vacated, abated, or corrected after that date. We do not represent that any record is current.
Dispute a record. If you believe a record is inaccurately reproduced, write to disputes@vetwarehouses.com. We can correct our reproduction of a source record. We cannot adjudicate whether the issuing agency was correct.
